Start Date: ImmediateDo you want to make a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join schools in Banstead. This role is all about supporting pupils to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
  • Helping children engage with lessons and build confidence in their abilities
  • Supporting classroom routines and behaviour strategies
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working with children or young people (school or community settings)
  • A patient, positive, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
