Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pmAre you a detail-driven professional with a flair for customer service and administration? One of our fantastic clients in Chessington is looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to support their busy sales team and help keep operations running smoothlyWhat You'll Be Doing:As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting Sales Managers and the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks
- Creating quotations, processing orders, invoices, and credit notes
- Handling customer queries via phone and email
- Coordinating training courses and exhibitions
- Managing bookings for demonstration equipment
- Providing holiday cover for colleagues when needed
- Ensuring top-notch administrative accuracy across all responsibilities
- Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) - essential
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce - a plus
- Experience with Oracle Netsuite or similar accounting software - highly desirable
- A proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail
