- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)
- Salary: up to £39,800 basic (depending on experience) + superb weekly bonus scheme - OTE up to £44,500
- Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults on customer vehicles
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment and technical data
- Carry out accurate assessments and quality repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Support workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Share technical knowledge to help develop the wider team
- Qualified to Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years' practical experience in a workshop environment
- Pride in workmanship and the ability to work well within a busy team
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
- Basic salary up to £39,780 depending on experience
- Excellent weekly time saved and team bonus scheme - OTE up to £44,500
