If you love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals that drive growth and strengthen our partnership - keep reading.What You'll Be Doing (aka How You'll Win): You'll work alongside an international team of powerhouse Microsoft Alliance Managers, sharing best practices and driving success, with direct reporting to our European Director of Alliances.
  • Be the go-to hero for all things Microsoft - the single point of contact who keeps both sides smiling.
  • Connect the dots across both organisations to unlock co-selling, co-marketing, and co-winning.
  • Hunt for pipeline gold - spot and secure new opportunities and funding before anyone else and help our stakeholders get in on the action.
  • Partner up! Work hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft and execute killer initiatives to make the numbers happen.
  • Own the scoreboard - track and report on Alliance metrics like a pro.
  • Keep Hitachi Solutions ahead of the game by spreading the word on Microsoft's latest and greatest - new programs, product launches, events, certifications, you name it.
  • Roll up your sleeves with local teams to drive go-to-market plans that turn strategy into sales.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:If you're passionate about partnerships and Microsoft tech, obsessed with sales, and love the thrill of building something big - this is your stage.
  • A networking ninja who can build relationships at every level - internally and externally.
  • A dynamics personality who's comfortable starting conversations with new people, thrives on making fresh connections, and enjoys being out and about at events, networking dinners, and industry meetups.
  • You need to have about 3-5 years of experience in (tech) sales, account management and/or partner management.
  • Confidence in connecting Microsoft Cloud technology to Hitachi Solutions offerings - and explaining it like a rockstar.
  • Master communicator - written, verbal, presentation - you can sell ice to an Eskimo.
  • Organised and driven - you know how to prioritise and make it happen.
