They are now looking to recruit experienced and motivated Exhaust Fabricators / TIG Welders to support ongoing growth and advanced manufacturing projects.This is a rare opportunity to join a proactive and successful organisation at the forefront of innovation in fabrication and metalworking.Key ResponsibilitiesPrecision fabrication and TIG welding of high-performance exhaust componentsWorking with exotic materials including Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless SteelReading and interpreting complex technical and engineering drawingsUsing specialist fabrication tools including tube benders, notchers, and forming equipmentPerforming in-process quality checks to ensure components meet stringent tolerancesCollaborating with engineers and quality teams to ensure project deadlines and standards are metSupporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes within the workshopCandidate RequirementsProven experience in TIG welding and precision fabrication, ideally in motorsport, aerospace, or high-performance automotive sectorsStrong familiarity with welding and forming thin-gauge exotic metalsAbility to work from detailed technical drawings and specificationsSelf-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervisionHigh attention to detail and a passion for producing world-class quality workExcellent teamwork and communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary based on skills and experienceCompany pension schemeProfessional, high-performance workshop environmentOpportunities for progression and continued developmentInvolvement in prestigious and technically advanced engineering projects
