Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pmResponsibilities of the Commercial Parts Administrator
- Raising customer quotes and processing parts orders
- Sourcing and ordering parts from suppliers
- Managing and maintaining accurate stock levels across the stores
- Progressing purchase orders and customer orders
- Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Updating Shopify with product information, pricing, and stock levels
- Previous administration experience within a parts, stock, or stores environment
- Experience updating online shops (e.g., Shopify)
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A professional telephone manner
- Confident IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
