Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Personal Customer Advisor / Prescription Chaser for a company based in Nottingham, NG6 area.The position is a permanent contract for suitable candidates.Role Overview:As part of the Contact Centre Team, the Personal Customer Advisor is responsible for speaking to nurse professionals, GP surgeries and patients that require appliances or medication.Qualifications:Essential:· Educated to GSCE levelDesirable:· Vocational qualifications in a relevant fieldExperience and Skills:Essential:

Desirable:
  • Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
  • Experience working with patient records and information
Duties and Responsibilities:Level 1 – 2:· Communicate professionally with surgeries via phone and/or email to chase the receipt of patient prescriptions, actioning call backs when scheduled· Carry out 50 – 80 chases per day· Build knowledge of the patient database system, being able to confidently, update key patient information and locate historical data and previous actions to support objection handling· Update the patient records with chase notes capturing all relevant information· Identify correct product code and quantity of prescription outstanding· Identify prescription shortages outstanding (if partial script received)· Chase in standard diaries, building capability to work on more complex diaries and smart lists issued by team leaders· Sending EPS barcodes and RX checks to prescription queries· Identify when an order is due to be delivered actioning cancellations where prescriptions will not be issued cancelled· To request for prepaid envelopes to be sent to surgeries· Carry out RX checks· Mark items as inactive on a patients account where a surgery confirms they will not issue a script· Raise low value credits, up to £50 building skills to raising high value credits up to £100· Contact personal advisor to arrange collections of items we’re not getting scripts for· Follow up on any advisor correspondence for updates· Review the value of outstanding chases to better prioritise time spent on chase· Confidently escalate queries and complex chases to senior chasers and/or team leaders· Redeem paper and electronic prescriptions across all licences, scanning them into the correct locations· Promote, share and live the Bullen vision, objectives and values.· Any other duties which contribute to the success of the role and the business.Hours of work:· 9am – 5pmPay rate:· £12.21 per hourInterested candidates can send their CV toGap personnel group are committed to the selection, recruitment, and development of the best people, basing judgment solely on suitability for the job.If this role is permanent, gap personnel is operating as the employment agency.
