
Supply Chain Project Coordinator

- Supporting Project Managers by scheduling meetings, capturing minutes, and ensuring actions are tracked and closed out.
- Preparing project documentation such as initiation documents, requirements packs, and stakeholder updates.
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of project plans, communication plans, and RAID logs.
- Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
- Producing status reports and presentations for leadership and steering committees.
- Maintaining project documentation in line with governance standards.
- Delivering smaller-scale projects and enhancements with oversight from the Project Managers.
- Ensuring accurate and timely communication between internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
- Bring strong organisational and administrative skills, ideally with experience in a professional or corporate environment.
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships across teams.
- Be structured and methodical, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to follow governance processes.
- Demonstrate confidence in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have some exposure to project coordination, administration, or assisting senior stakeholders.
- Show a keen interest in Project Management and the drive to develop your skills and career in this field.
