
Principal Product Manager, Digital Channels

- Develop and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all digital channels (e.g., website, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces).
- Drive key initiatives to increase engagement, retention, and satisfaction across digital platforms.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create compelling, accessible, and intuitive experiences.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define detailed product requirements and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and customer obsession.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct testing to evaluate performance and inform future improvements.
- Stay up to date on emerging digital technologies and platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on digital channels (web/mobile).
- Proven track record of shipping complex, customer-facing digital products at scale.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Deep understanding of digital UX, user journeys, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with data tools like SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
