They are currently partnering with a prestigious, government-backed hospitality initiative in the Middle East, focused on restoring culturally significant sites and transforming them into ultra-luxury destinations. This is a rare opportunity to work on a high-profile, globally impactful project from the ground up.The OpportunityWe are looking for a seasoned Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major digital transformation project. This includes a 35-50-page hospitality website (with integrated booking engine) and two front-end apps. You'll be involved from project kick-off, managing multiple workstreams, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
- Collaborate closely with the Project Director and cross-functional teams
- Oversee the delivery of a brand-new site, a property site, and two front-end apps
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party platforms e.g., Oracle Cloud CRM
- Maintain strong governance, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Use ClickUp (or similar tools) to manage tasks, timelines, and reporting
- Deliver high-quality UX/UI experiences with AI integration
- Ensure smooth coordination with the back-end partner agency
- Reporting to: Project Director
- Working with: Marketing Director, Tech Team, UX/UI Designers, Copywriters, Arabic-speaking writers, and a London-based development team
- Supported by: An Account Director already assigned to the client
- Proven track record managing complex web builds and digital transformation projects
- Agency background, ideally with luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality clients
- Familiarity with APIs, booking engines, Oracle Cloud/ SynXis
- Experience working with off-the-shelf app technologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Empathetic and client-centric approach (client is new to digital projects)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Occasional travel: Two trips overseas required (all expenses covered)
