If you have a passion for interiors, love working with people, and thrive in a sales environment – this could be the perfect role for you.You’ll be the first point of contact for customers in our showroom and online, responsible for creating tailored bathroom designs, driving sales, and ensuring every customer receives a seamless and inspiring experience from start to finish.What You’ll DoWelcome walk-in customers and convert enquiries into profitable sales.Build strong relationships to understand customer needs, style, and preferences.Create innovative bathroom designs using our cutting-edge 3D and VR technology.Deliver high levels of customer service from initial enquiry through to after-sales support.Maintain an immaculate showroom that reflects our design excellence.Handle inbound web enquiries and calls, turning interest into successful multi-channel sales.Drive customer feedback and online reviews, contributing to ongoing performance and service improvement.Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey.What We’re Looking ForProven sales background, with a strong track record in lead generation and closing deals.Passionate problem solver who can deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Positive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated with a “can-do” attitude.Professional presentation with a flair for interior and bathroom design.Experience or understanding of the KBB sector, particularly bathrooms, is highly desirable.Success in This Role Will Be Measured ByMeeting or exceeding personal sales, GP, and margin targets.High customer satisfaction scores and glowing reviews.A robust, self-sufficient sales pipeline and well-managed CRM.Flawless design accuracy and order processing.Efficient email management and timely enquiry responses.Strong collaboration and recognition as a valuable team player.Career ProgressionHead of Sales & ServiceApply Today and Bring Beautiful Bathroom Ideas to Life!
