- To provide excellent customer service to all clients, from initial showroom consultation, creation of first-class designs and closing the sale.
- Bring enthusiasm and energy to our stunning showroom, making every client feel inspired and welcome.
- Present to the client a detailed product specification incorporating all relevant department products and other relevant products as appropriate, along with estimates for all necessary products for the implementation of that design.
- Work closely with the sales director, offering support while growing your own profile in the business. Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and showroom engagement
- Use CAD software to design and sell beautiful, tailored bathroom spaces. Present stunning visuals and design concepts to high-end, often discerning clients.
- Be a key part of a small, diverse, and talented team, where quality over quantity defines everything they do.
- A basic salary of £35k–£45k plus realistic OTE of £70k–£100k

- CAD experience (Desirable)
- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of two years of experience
- Driving licence
