- Manage the implementation and execution of data-led, customer-centric eCRM communications spanning Fashion, Home and Beauty business units (Womenswear, Kidswear, Menswear, Lingerie, Home and Beauty)
- Developing briefs to align with customer mindset driving category acquisition and retention optimising data to target customers with relevant messaging
- Liaising with Brand and Marketing Propositions teams for brief completion, to drive M&S style credentials
- Working with our agency to manage workflow of designers, copywriters and coders to ensure campaigns are executed to the highest creative standard, in line with SLAs, whilst safeguarding operational excellence
- Build emails using the Email Design System, fully testing and QAing across devices before deployment
- Liaising with Trade and Commercial teams to ensure the dotcom journey is optimised
- Implement testing and optimisation to continuously improve communications
- Ensure campaigns are performing against key performance metrics, including traffic, revenue, incremental sales, ROI, open rates and click through rates, making optimisation suggestions where relevant
- Experience working in a CRM / Email Marketing role is essential
- Experience in campaign planning working with data agencies, copywriters, designers and coders is essential
- Fashion retail experience is desirable
- Experience using JIRA is desirable
- Commercially minded, with a strong attention to detail
