Learning Support AssistantSpecial Educational NeedsWe are proud to be working with an Ofsted Outstanding special school who are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment with children and young people aged 3-19 years.The school caters for pupils with severe and profound learning difficulties, many of whom are on the autistic spectrum and may present with challenging behaviours. We are seeking individuals with energy, confidence, and enthusiasm who are committed to inclusion and passionate about making a difference to students' lives.The Role:

Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups under teacher guidance
Helping students achieve progression targets and build independence
Contributing to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Working as part of a strong, experienced, and friendly staff team

This is a permanent, term-time only position (39 weeks per year including inset days), offering 13 weeks of school holidays with 6.6 weeks paid as annual leave. You will benefit from a structured induction programme, ongoing CPD opportunities, and the chance to work within a supportive, collaborative team culture in an outstanding school. The role is full-time during term time, with working hours of 8:45am to 3:45pm (6.5 hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break). Salary will be dependent on Local Government continuous service, and please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with additional or special needs (desirable but not essential)
