Contract: Fixed-term until Summer 2026We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated team in Bristol City Centre. - are enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive team players with strong communication skills, ideal for a Learning Support Assistant role in Bristol City Centre
- have experience supporting children with additional social and emotional needs, which is crucial for a Learning Support Assistant
- are confident, professional, and committed to continuous learning and development, key attributes for a successful Learning Support Assistant in education and training in Bristol City Centre
- can work independently, use initiative, and contribute to pupil progress tracking in the Learning Support Assistant position
- have strong behaviour management skills and can create an inclusive learning environment, both essential in the Learning Support Assistant
- Level 3 qualification in supporting children and young people (or equivalent)
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above (or equivalent)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
