- Incorporating new companies and assisting with Companies House filings
- Managing calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally
- Distributing and processing client correspondence
- Advising clients on service options available
- Ensuring confirmation statements are completed and submitted on time
- Supporting the team's move towards a paper-lite process
- General administration: filing, scanning, organising and maintaining records
- Assisting with setting up new businesses and liaising with agencies
- Producing annual invoicing and notifying clients accordingly
- Managing a shared team inbox
- Previous administrative experience within a professional services environment
- Confident IT user - comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Organised, resilient and able to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Clear and concise communicator with a proactive, team-focused mindset
- Experience with legal documentation would be an advantage, but not essential - training is provided on bespoke company secretarial systems
