Part-time - 15 hours a weekdelivers relational integrative counselling training to BSc (Hons) level. Our course is validated by Middlesex University, and we are regulated by the Office for Students in the Approved (fee cap) category.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the Operations Team to oversee quality assurance, regulatory compliance and ensure continuous improvement; helping us deliver an outstanding learning experience for all students.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead quality and regulatory compliance at Matrix including adherence to the regulatory requirements of the Office for Students (including quality and standards), HESA, Middlesex University and Prevent.
  • Assisting the Principal and Operations Team to implement key areas of strategy as detailed in the Matrix Action Plan
The position is based at Matrix College in Wymondham, Norfolk.This is part-time, 15 hours a week role. Flexible and home working may be possible (once the probationary period is over) although the post holder must be able to work most Tuesdays at the College in Wymondham.
