- Proven experience in directing and developing teams
- Experience in grain storage/ grain handling equipment and management of product
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally at all levels with key customers & local authorities
- Ability to adapt quickly to accommodate changing business and customer needs, while providing a responsive customer-focussed service

- Attention to detail providing high levels of accuracy
- Experience of managing P&L's
- Ensuring the site is run to relevant legal COP's, Frontier HAS and QA procedures and KPI targets and making certain all team members with key responsibilities are aware and deliver their duties under these requirements.
- Overseeing the grain storage operations and maintaining the high-quality standards of storage
- Liaising with our commercial departments to ensure crop intake and outload is done efficiently and with the customer at the forefront
- Motivating and creating a positive team environment while providing team with clear direction, while using delegation appropriately to ensure team development
- Driving efficiencies and questioning processes to ensure that the site operates to best practice while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Full accountability for site P&L's including setting accurate budgets and CapEx requirements
- Ensuring all plant and equipment are maintained to a high standard
