You’ll shape and maintain the environment that supports learning, growth and community across their impressive campus.You’ll lead a team of Property Services Officers, manage contractors, and ensure the site is secure, safe and fully operational. From unlocking buildings and setting up rooms to overseeing health and safety and technical systems, you’ll deliver a high-quality caretaking and facilities service. You’ll be the main keyholder and a central figure in maintaining the Academy’s physical environment, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure everything from waste management to fire safety is handled with care and precision.To succeed, you’ll need strong leadership skills, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to work flexibly and independently.
