Site Engineer Lead

• 📋 Manage engineering contracts with a strong focus on electrical maintenance and compliance

• ⚡ Oversee planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery
• 🧰 Utilise CAFM systems and digital tools to schedule tasks, track performance, and generate reports
• 🤝 Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships
• 👥 Lead and support on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure service excellence
• 🛠️ Take a hands-on approach - support with holiday cover and assist with office moves when needed
• 📊 Produce and deliver monthly reports, financial forecasts, and contract performance reviews

• ✔️ Proven experience as a Contract Manager with a strong electrical bias
• 🎓 Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering) highly desirable
• 🖥️ Proficient in CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Planon, Maximo) and other FM tech tools
• 💬 Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• 📍 Based in or able to travel to Loughborough on a daily basis
