- Deliver engaging lessons across Level 2 and Level 3 Esports courses
- Teach modules such as:
- Introduction to Esports
- Health, Wellbeing & Fitness for Esports Players
- Shoutcasting
- Esports Events Planning
- Live-streamed Broadcasting
- Esports Business and Enterprise
- Plan and prepare lesson materials in line with the BTEC/National curriculum
- Support learners in developing technical, strategic, and teamwork skills
- Foster a professional and inclusive classroom environment
- Track progress, provide feedback, and prepare students for assessments
- Contribute to department enrichment activities such as tournaments or events
- A teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent), or willingness to work towards one
- Industry or academic experience in Esports, Games Development, Media, Business, or Sport
- Good understanding of competitive gaming, live streaming platforms, and digital media
- Strong digital literacy and confident use of educational technology
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- A passion for gaming and student success
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience teaching BTEC Esports or similar qualifications
- Familiarity with Twitch, OBS, Discord, and popular Esports titles (e.g. League of Legends, Rocket League, Valorant)
- Prior involvement in Esports events, tournaments, or student enrichment
