- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm + Half-day Saturday (on rota)
- About the Role: A respected Tyres & Autocare Centre in Stratford-Upon-Avon is looking for a qualified MOT Tester Technician to join their friendly and professional team. - Conduct MOT testing in line with DVSA standards
- Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a range of vehicle makes and models
- Perform work on brakes, tyres, exhausts, steering, and alignment
- Accurately complete job cards, inspection sheets, and maintenance records
- Ensure health & safety and company standards are met at all times
- Assist with stock checks and day-to-day store duties
- Support the wider team in providing exceptional customer service
- Valid MOT Tester Licence (essential)
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Previous experience in a fast-fit or main dealer environment
- Full UK driving licence (max 9 points)
- Excellent attention to detail and a team-oriented approach
- Up to £32,000 basic salary (DOE) + uncapped monthly bonus
