Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester – Stratford-upon-Avon
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: Excellent Basic + OTE up to £38,000 + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 | 1 in 3 Saturday MorningsWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established main dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon, looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their experienced aftersales team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard
  • Performing MOT tests (if qualified) in line with DVSA requirements
  • Diagnosing faults and completing relevant repair work efficiently
  • Ensuring all work is completed within manufacturer and company guidelines
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Valid MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
