As our Sales Customer Advisor for the Global Solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to build on providing excellent customer experience, professional competence and to be part of a dynamic team. Reporting to the Internal Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for After Market Sales activities and support in daily operations, switchboard, order processing.You would also be responsible for:
- Promote and sell all AMS products, including custom printed keycards, spare parts, batteries, service kits, and accessories.
- Handle sales orders, related documentation, invoicing, and dispatch of AMS orders.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone or email and provide relevant quotations.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to check proofs and manage orders for custom printed keycards.
- Order customer-specific spare parts from suppliers and verify invoicing for keycard orders.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of SAP for order processing and purchasing.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain basic technical concepts (training provided - no complex technical knowledge required.
