As a Sales Advisor, you will be the cornerstone of our in-store experience. You'll assist customers in discovering the ideal kitchen tools and cookware that inspire their culinary creativity.This is a part-time, 12hrs/week position based in our Bracknell Store!Working pattern 3 x 4hour shifts Saturday, Sunday and one further day during the weekKey Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with customers to provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products and showcasing key features.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- A genuine passion for cooking and kitchenware.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
- Salary is £12.60 per hour.
