
Sales Executive - Build to rent

- Own and manage relationships with BTR operators, developers, and consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities within the BTR sector through strategic outreach and networking.
- Respond to BTR enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and present integrated solutions (furnishing, leasing, management).
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to close, including pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, and project coordination.
- Work cross-functionally with design, lettings, logistics, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain and track activity in CRM (Salesforce), providing regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Attend industry events, client meetings, and site visits, always representing our client professionally.
- Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience ideally in the Build-to-Rent sector (with a furnishing provider, developer, or operator).
- Good understanding of BTR project cycles and industry decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and sales cycles.
- Strong communicator and confident presenter with commercial awareness.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
