Production Planner - Packing and SFG

- Develop strong constructive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate information flow and role fulfilment.
- Report stock outs and low stocks and pre-empt supply based on production plan needs.
- Demand/Supply Management
- Agree BOM effectivity dates to ensure new artworks are implemented as per Regulatory requirements and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate Packing/production activities to allow on time supply
- Diligent allocation of bulk product to Finished Goods process orders in accordance with the SAP core design and local ways of working
- Diligent allocation of raw materials to bulk product process orders in accordance with the SAP core design and local ways of working
- Generate effective and efficient production plans that can be executed in manufacturing from SFG and packing
- Set up and run weekly and monthly production meetings with relevant stakeholders to review and agree the product schedule
- Daily check of bulk manufacture and release to monitor adherence or impact to the
- product packing schedule and supply to customers
- Work closely with the MRP function to maintain inventory policies and inform them of demand changes that will require packaging safety stock level revisions
- Problem solving and KPIs reporting
- Raise and assist with any SAP issues directly affecting the order fulfilment process to ensure continuity of supply.

- Collate and report production KPIs
- Works within GMP / EHS requirements
- Perform assigned tasks whilst, at all times, adhering to current GMP requirements (e.g. Annex 1 of EU GMP) for sterile medicinal products.
- Report any compliance concerns to your line manager or the Quality Assurance Compliance team.
- Work in a safe manner at all times and raise any Health and Safety concerns to your line manager or the EHS team.
- Ensure all training is kept up to date and documented by adhering to training plan requirements, ensuring that you do not perform any tasks you are not trained to complete.
- Ideal: Educated to A Level or equivalent with a Business / Customer Service / Supply Chain qualification
- Minimum: Educated to BTEC Certificate/Diploma in Customer Service/ Business Admin or similar
- Proven experience in a production planning role with an emphasis on satisfying customer expectations
- IT proficient – Excel, Word, & ERP systems essential.
