Thisrequires working under guidance and incorporating evidence-basedpractice (EBP) in the management of patient care.? Clinically supervises and guides the professional work of less experiencedTherapy staff and students as appropriate, while complying withprofessional and departmental standards of practice.? Assist in operational issues in the absence of the Therapy Team Leader.? Participates in a nine monthly rotational scheme across the followingareas:? Vascular and Amputees? Trauma and Orthopaedics? Hand Therapy? Health Services for Older People? Rapid Response / A&E? Acute Stroke and Neurology?
