Contracts ManagerThis is a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a leading civil engineering main contractor and work on some exciting Civil Engineering projects. To be based at their office in Rotherham and you will be working on civils projects across Manchester and Yorkshire.This is a career enhancing opportunity with a company who offer great development and progression opportunities and is known as an employer who put their people first.Key responsibilities for a Contracts Manager role:

Working with a variety of clients

Develop and drive civils schemes from EDI stage to delivery

Develop and manage contractual programmes, updating cost forecasts alongside the commercial team.

Client Liaison

Experience required for this Contracts Manager role:

Experience in the delivery of multiple civils schemes or a major project within utilities.

Extensive technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.

Knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts

A formal qualification in a civil engineering related subject is advantageous

Package offered for this Contracts Manager role:

Up to £60,000 negotiable based on experience
