  • Assist in implementing creative teaching strategies to support the learning and development of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help in preparing materials and resources for lessons.
  • Support students in their creative projects and activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience working in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
Education:Minimum of GCSEs or equivalentExperience:Previous experience in an educational settingKnowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of creative teaching methods.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Patience and empathy when working with students.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Higher education qualifications in Education or related field.
  • Additional training in creative teaching techniques.
Working Conditions:Work in a school setting, collaborating closely with teachers and students.
