  • Progress Children in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) plans by providing expert case management and fulfilling statutory requirements.
  • Conduct assessments and work directly with children and families to address needs and develop practical intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with your team, sharing insights and expertise to ensure the best outcomes for families and children.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development days, contributing to the creation of a supportive and innovative work environment.
  • Encourage face-to-face interactions with families, ensuring each meeting supports positive relationship building and effective communication.
