- Safeguard children by implementing proactive protection measures and ensuring their welfare while keeping them with their families whenever possible.
- Progress Children in Need and Child Protection plans, aiming to achieve improved outcomes for children and families.
- Engage in comprehensive casework concerning children in need, children and families experiencing domestic abuse, and child protection (CP) cases.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, attend duty weeks, team meetings, and professional development days at our town hall campus.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with children and families, as these interactions are crucial for impactful social work.
