
Customer Sales Advisor - No evenings or weekends

- Making outbound B2B sales calls (90% cold leads, 10% warm leads) using a dialler system.
- Building strong relationships and a healthy sales pipeline.
- Providing competitive quotes for dual fuel (gas and electricity) packages.
- Explaining terms and conditions clearly and professionally.
- Taking direct debit details and completing the sale process.
- Checking credit scores via Experian and verifying meter compatibility.
- Following a scripted, FCA-regulated sales pitch.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or a similar target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
- A proactive, resilient attitude and a team-player mindset.
- A competitive salary of £24,043 per annum, plus uncapped commission – earning between £150-£400 per month in commission
