Academics LTD is seeking an Aspiring PE Teacher for a secondary school in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives, combining your passion for physical education with the chance to gain valuable classroom experience. You will work as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant, supporting students both academically and in physical education, helping them excel both inside and outside the classroom.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students and manage classroom behaviour
- Assist in PE and sports lessons, covering pre-assigned classes
- Provide support across KS3 and KS4, building positive student relationships
- Set up lessons, equipment, and assist with practical activities
- Degree in sports, PE, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Experience working with young people is a plus
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for sports and nurturing student development
- Flexible in covering various roles (Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant)
