Reporting directly to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition with close ties to the Chief People Officer for CTS, you will oversee a team of regional recruiters, drive strategic initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Your role will focus on developing and executing forward-thinking recruitment strategies, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-caliber talent across the region, including niche requirements and executive-level hires. This is a hybrid role requiring a regular in-office presence and occasional travel.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a team of regional recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture focused on delivering exceptional results.Drive process improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function, ensuring operational efficiency and a high-quality recruitment experience.As a direct business partner, actively participate in business reviews and other pertinent meetings to support the design and implementation of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy focused on aligning with business goals and the organizationās broader workforce planning initiatives.Partner closely with executive leadership and regional business leaders to understand organizational goals and talent priorities.Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on workforce trends, recruitment best practices, and market dynamics to inform decision-making.Facilitate collaborative partnerships with internal teams, including HR and Compensation.
