As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a vital role in finding the right talent at the right time. You will have the autonomy to build relationships with stakeholder groups and design tailored talent attraction approaches. Plus, you'll help develop team members on their career journey!Salary: Up to £50kKey Accountabilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles, including senior-level hires and specialists.
  • Design and execute strategic talent acquisition plans that align with our organisational goals.
  • Proactively source exceptional talent and champion our Talent Acquisition team.
  • Use internal and external market data to advise the business on hiring decisions.
  • Think creatively to design innovative sourcing campaigns, engaging passive candidates. 🌐
  • Create compelling recruitment marketing campaigns showcasing available opportunities.
  • Support the development of an engaging employer brand.
  • Establish and nurture an engaged talent pool for hard-to-recruit roles.
  • Represent our organisation at networking and industry events, acting as an ambassador.
  • Lead projects that enhance our approach to attracting and onboarding diverse talent.
  • Mentor and coach team members, sharing your expertise in alignment with our values.
  • Conduct necessary assessments related to your campaigns, such as psychometric evaluations. 📝
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
  • A flexible and adaptable style for recruiting across various functions and levels.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for senior-level or specialised positions.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including social media and marketing.
  • Deep understanding of various sourcing techniques, especially for passive candidates.
  • Ability to create and utilise talent pools for senior roles.
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume workload while maintaining engagement.
  • Solution-focused, ensuring both hiring manager and candidate needs are met.
  • Experience delivering a range of assessments, including those requiring certification.
