
Assistant Pension Manager - In House Pension Scheme

- Ensuring scheme governance is maintained to the highest standards
- Managing and attending Trustee and Sub-Committee meetings
- Supporting the Pension Manager in advising on strategy, regulatory and policy changes
- Providing technical support to the scheme Trustees
- Providing help and guidance to scheme members
You will:
- Have in-depth technical knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Schemes
- Have a strong understanding of UK pension legislation and associated governance requirements
- Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills
- Have experience of supporting Trustees including minute taking and monitoring/managing required actions through to completion
