The Opportunity - Digital Product Ownerfor our Careers & Life at JCB pagesAbout the role:The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for the delivery and Operational wellbeing of our new eCommerce capabilities for JCB Service and Salesforce capabilities for Sales and Marketing whilst also supporting our Marketing colleagues on a number of web/marketing initiatives.This is a critical role in the effective delivery of IT services at JCB. The Digital Product Owner is “on point” to engage with business teams units and is seen as the face of IT.You will work with the business stakeholders to define the multi year product roadmaps, translate requirements into the product backlog and prioritise new features. You will be work with the 3rd parties to ensure the quality of their deliverables and adherence to support SLA's and deliver to their Application Management Support contracts.What does this role involve day to day?Management of 3rd Parties at a relationship level to ensure they deliver their contracted services and bring added value to JCBDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with Service, Sales and Marketing as well as JCB IT Senior leadership team.For new projects capture business requirements, develop high level solutions and contribute to the development of business cases.Maintain clear priorities for delivery from ITEnsure initiatives are setup for success and aligned with the corporate strategy.You'll be up to speed with latest eCommerce, Marketplace and Payment platforms with experience of global delivery.This will be suited to you if…
  • You have a deep understanding of eCommerce technologies and Salesforce capabilities and their deployment and how to maximise performance.
  • You have knowledge and experience of working with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • You have experience of managing 3rd parties performance, delivery and budgets
  • You have Business Analysis skills including formal methods e.g. customer journeys, process flows, use cases etc..
  • You are able to lead others and build relationships
  • You are a strategic thinker
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You have negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • You have the ability to focus on business value results
