We’re looking for a confident HR & Employee Relations professional to lead our People Services team and help us create the best possible workplace experience.What the role looks likeYou’ll lead and inspire a team of five administrators, supporting them to deliver high-quality administration across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and contractual changes through to leavers. Alongside this, your team will provide responsive support on generalist HR and Employee Relations queries.This role is about more than just processes — it’s about developing your team, building their confidence, and ensuring they deliver an excellent service that makes colleagues feel supported and valued at every stage of their journey with us.What we’re looking forSolid experience in HR and ER (CIPD qualified or working towards it would be great).
Confidence handling a wide range of HR and employee relations issues.
A natural coach and people-developer who enjoys bringing out the best in others.
