Make a Difference Every NightAre you caring, compassionate, and committed to supporting others? We are recruiting Night Care & Support Workers to join our Reablement Service, which operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to vulnerable individuals across the district.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will contribute to a range of essential services that enable people to remain safely in their own homes:
  • Virtual Ward Service - Supporting patients at home who would otherwise be in hospital
  • Dementia Wraparound Service - Providing one-to-one night care in residential settings
  • Repositioning Service - Monitoring and preventing pressure sores overnight
  • Urgent Response Service - Delivering short-term care to prevent hospital admissions or support timely discharge
You will work collaboratively with professionals and agencies, always upholding dignity, respect, and national care standards.RequirementsEssential:
  • GCSEs Grades D-G or Functional Skills Level 1 in Maths and English
  • Right to work in the UK (evidence required)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
  • Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
If you do not currently hold this qualification, we will fund it following successful completion of your probation.What We Offer
