- To ensure the end-to-end delivery of allocated consultancy projects, including from time to time, support of member benefit, and open conferences, events and programmes.
- To work with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure effective and efficient delivery as per agreed timescales, budget and margins, and to high quality/impact standards.
- To adhere to the delivery management framework guidance and operating procedures to ensure products are delivered consistently with high quality outcomes for delegates, clients and institutions.
- To be responsible for identifying and resolving low-level risks and issues that may occur during the delivery of allocated products, escalating as required and supporting with steps and solutions to ensure no recurrence.
- To be responsible for high quality communication to stakeholders and/or associated networks.
- To be responsible for maintaining relevant product knowledge to support marketing and lead generation for the different products and services being delivered.
- Experience of delivering end to end project/programme management across a wide range of style and scope of projects including international
- Experience of delivering online and face to face events/programmes
- Knowledge and demonstration of some experience in project management methodologies and approaches or working within a manage programme/event delivery process
- Experience of delivering programmes or projects within budget
- Experience of working with organisational clients/sponsors
- Experience of working with a range of external stakeholders across a project/programme
- Knowledge of various online tools required for Delivery (Zoom/Teams etc)
- An awareness of key legislation in regards to delivering projects and programmes including GDPR and accessibility/reasonable adjustments
- A broad understanding of the higher education sector and its policy context with the aptitude to develop specific knowledge.
- Experience of running courses in VLEs (Moodle etc)
- Experience of managing and maintaining stakeholder groups via network tools
