
Offload Coordinator

- Raise, amend and maintain purchase orders for both offload and mainstream procurement functions in compliance with Law 262.
- Coordinate and position products and services to meet specified programme requirements.
- Ensure the delivery of products and services to meet customer expectations in line with departmental standards.
- Regularly review the order book, stock at vendor, and complete order book alignment using SAP.
- Manage and clear blocked invoices within the agreed supplier payment terms.
- Maintain and store information and resources effectively for easy access by authorised personnel.
- Support the team leader with addressing poor supplier performance and critical delivery issues.
- Organise and manage supplier KPI reviews and ensure action items are completed timely.
- Arrange and coordinate technical resolution meetings involving suppliers and Engineering & Design teams.
- Organise driver schedules and liaise with the shop floor to ensure delivery priorities are met.
- Experience in stores, materials, and stock control.
- Proficiency in SAP for inventory management and logistics control.
- Understanding of logistics management within the defence and aerospace sectors.
- Experience in order book and stock alignment processes.
- Clean driving licence is essential.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, with an early start preferred to assist with delivery of parts/products.
