Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting a skilled and proactive Level 3 Support Coordinator to join a frontline community-based service in Yeovil. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering person-centred support, leading a small team of support staff and volunteers, and promoting client independence. You will manage complex cases, liaise with multi-agency professionals, and contribute to safeguarding and risk management.Main Duties:Design, implement, and regularly review personalised support and risk management plans.Take the lead on cases involving individuals with higher-level or complex needs.Oversee the performance and professional development of Level 1 and Level 2 support staff.Provide induction, coordination, and ongoing support to volunteers and peer mentors.Act as the service representative in key partnership meetings, such as MARAC, MAPPA, and safeguarding boards.Monitor housing-related duties where applicable, ensuring compliance with tenancy and rent policies.Maintain clear and accurate case notes in accordance with statutory and internal policies.Requirements & Qualifications:Experience:Demonstrable background in support work or care services.Competency in assessing needs, developing plans, and supporting vulnerable individuals.Experience managing or mentoring support teams and volunteers.Previous involvement in housing management, rent collection, and tenancy support (desirable).Working knowledge of safeguarding protocols and multi-agency collaboration.Skills & Knowledge:Thorough understanding of personalised support approaches and risk assessments.Familiar with benefits systems, safeguarding legislation, and tenancy rights.Competent in digital record-keeping and proficient with IT systems including Microsoft Office.Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.Education & Training:Evidence of relevant qualifications and commitment to ongoing professional development.Willingness to complete mandatory training in safeguarding, health and safety, and service-specific procedures.Additional Requirements:Adaptable, reliable, and able to manage workload independently.Full driving licence with access to a vehicle (if necessary).Willingness to work flexible hours, including lone working where required.Demonstrates commitment to diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding.Why Choose Sanctuary Personnel?
