IP Support are working on a brand new role responsible for shaping the operational framework of a leading international IP law firm. You will work collaboratively across the firm to create and implement corporate standard procedures, optimising the use of automation, to streamline operations and drive consistency across all offices.
  • Stakeholder Management - Builds and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders, to identify future process improvement opportunities, leveraging the use of technology and automation to enhance the client and fee earners experience.
  • Process improvement - Delivers process improvement projects to enhance the service and quality of support to internal stakeholders and clients and improve operational efficiency, and the client and fee earners experience. Tracks and records improvements in service delivery, achievement of SLAs and progress of projects.
  • Work Standards - Ensures comprehensive documentation of all existing and new processes and training records for all colleagues. Conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with the standards, identifying and reporting on any concerns. Working with Professional Standards, identifies trends, emerging risks and regulatory changes and provides solutions to these.
  • Training Delivery - Oversees the delivery of training to colleagues and drives the successful adoption and ongoing engagement of new or revised processes.
The ideal candidate will have an IP background and be able to demonstrate project/process management experience.You MUST be based in the UK and have the right to work without sponsorship.
