- Manage the full HRIS implementation lifecycle from October 2025 to October 2026
- Lead a cross-functional project team including direct reports, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget and aligned to scope
- Work closely with the chosen HRIS provider to align delivery plans and ways of working
- Represent the People team across Finance, Legal and IT; ensuring smooth coordination and strong stakeholder engagement
- Lead system design decisions with a focus on user experience, integration, testing and documentation
- Oversee build and test activities, proactively resolving blockers and ensuring quality outcomes
- Manage the broader impact on our people technology ecosystem, adjusting as needed alongside the People team
- Ensure structured, accurate data migration and compliance
- Drive change management and communication plans that boost adoption and engagement
- Brilliant HR / People knowledge, systems processes and ways of working
- Experienced in leading HRIS or People / HR Tech end-to-end
- Great understanding of HRIS platforms and integration points
- Exceptional project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and building consensus
- Clear, confident communicator who bridges technical and non-technical viewpoints
- Strategic thinker with a sharp eye on long-term systems architecture and business goals
- Competent in managing data migration and system validation processes
- Experienced in leading change and communication strategies to support user enablement
- Line management experience leading a small team (1 - 2 direct reports)
- Confident facilitating training and building capability among both People teams and end users
