
Account Manager

- Salary: £50-70kp/a + uncapped commission
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday,full time
- Location: Hull and field-based, primarily covering East Anglia

- Own and manage client relationships to drive satisfaction, engagement, and long-term value
- Create tailored communication plans and maintain regular contact through CRM tracking
- Conduct frequent in-person client visits and represent the business at events
- Guide accounts through key lifecycle stages, resolving blockers and boosting maturity levels
- Increase sales velocity by accelerating deal cycles and strengthening upsell strategies
- Maximise order value through promotion of add-ons, services, and bundled solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to fast-track high-priority orders and ensure smooth fulfilment
- Deliver training sessions and materials to help client sales teams position access solutions effectively
- Monitor and report on KPIs including engagement, lifecycle progression, and revenue growth
- Progress into new market sectors with opportunities for leadership and strategy input
- Minimum 3 years' experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders per account
- Track record of driving account growth through structured planning
- Confident presenter with experience delivering client training
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Highly organised, adaptable, and commercially minded
- Willingness to travel regularly and represent the company at trade events
