We have a great opportunity to join our client as a Senior Sales Consultant working from one of their developments in Thornton-Cleveleys.Responsibilities:
  • Actively contribute to the regional sales team by promoting and selling our products across developments within the regional operational area
  • Proactively identify and pursue potential sales opportunities by following up, nurturing, and pre-qualifying prospective customers based on their affordability and needs
  • Manage all sales enquiries through various channels such as telephone, website, and email to maximize sales performance and achieve both personal and regional sales and revenue targets
  • Provide informative and engaging development, product, and plot tours to all prospective customers, aiming to build strong client relationships from the initial contact through to appointments, reservations, and exchange
  • Conduct pre-qualified on-site viewing demonstrations with customers, ensuring these are a high-quality experience, appropriately scheduled, and executed to maximize effectiveness in accordance with regional requirements
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification or experience in sales
  • Strong customer relationship management skills in both online environments and face-to-face interactions
  • Exceptional sales, service communication, and presentation skills for products and services
  • A practical understanding of the financial implications associated with various construction methods and sequences
  • Full UK driving licence
Hours:Thursday – Monday 10am – 5pmBenefits:
