- Actively contribute to the regional sales team by promoting and selling our products across developments within the regional operational area
- Proactively identify and pursue potential sales opportunities by following up, nurturing, and pre-qualifying prospective customers based on their affordability and needs
- Manage all sales enquiries through various channels such as telephone, website, and email to maximize sales performance and achieve both personal and regional sales and revenue targets
- Provide informative and engaging development, product, and plot tours to all prospective customers, aiming to build strong client relationships from the initial contact through to appointments, reservations, and exchange
- Conduct pre-qualified on-site viewing demonstrations with customers, ensuring these are a high-quality experience, appropriately scheduled, and executed to maximize effectiveness in accordance with regional requirements
- A relevant qualification or experience in sales
- Strong customer relationship management skills in both online environments and face-to-face interactions
- Exceptional sales, service communication, and presentation skills for products and services
- A practical understanding of the financial implications associated with various construction methods and sequences
- Full UK driving licence
