Driving Licence: RequiredWe’re currently looking for an experienced Information Manager to join our team on a major national framework, supporting multiple projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about digital delivery, enjoys working collaboratively with design teams, and wants to contribute to best practice in BIM and information management.Key Responsibilities:Conduct model reviews to ensure compliance with client requirements and project standardsManage the Project Information Model (PIM) CDE and assist in the transfer of information to the Asset Information Model (AIM) CDELead and facilitate BIM Review meetings on site – travel to project sites across the UK is requiredSupport the implementation of ISO 19650 standards and ensure project teams are compliantWork closely with our internal BIM/Digital specialists to carry out model management and data validation processesProvide support in CDE management – note: this is not a document control roleAct as a framework-level resource, supporting multiple live projects at various stagesRequirements:Demonstrable experience in BIM / Digital Delivery within the construction or infrastructure sectorGood working knowledge of ISO 19650 and UK BIM Level 2 requirementsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsEligible for SC-level security clearance (British national, no significant overseas residency in the last 5 years)Full UK driving licenceAPPLY NOW
