Location: Huntingdon + HybridAbout the RoleOur client is looking for Temporary HR Delivery Managers to support a major business-wide change project. This isn’t a standard HR Delivery Manager role – you’ll be guiding employees and managers through consultations during a period of restructuring.Responsibilities
- Support line managers with consultation meetings
- Guide on role changes & redundancy processes
- Handle employee queries & FAQs
- Manage notes, spreadsheets & admin
- Schedule follow-ups & keep records accurate
- Manage sensitive conversations with empathy
- Strong knowledge of redundancy processes
- Proven consultation meeting experience
- Excellent organisational & admin skills
