Pay: £28.60 – £31.00 per hour
Contract: 1st October – Mid/Late December 2025
Hours: 37 hrs p/wWe’re supporting an organisation through a business-wide transformation project and are seeking three experienced HR Delivery Managers to join on a short-term assignment.This is a project-focused role, offering the opportunity to play a key part in delivering organisational change and supporting employees and managers through an important transition period.The Role:
- Support line managers with 1:1 consultation meetings and key employee communications.
- Provide guidance and clarity on processes, answering questions and signposting support.
- Coordinate schedules, set up meetings, and ensure accurate note-taking and documentation.
- Keep trackers and spreadsheets updated to manage progress and next steps.
- Build strong relationships and adapt your communication style to suit each individual.
- Balance remote working with on-site presence in Huntingdon (as required).
- HR professionals with experience delivering projects involving organisational change.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment processes.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing sensitive conversations.
- Skilled in administration, documentation, and data management.
- Flexible and proactive, able to adapt to business needs and shifting schedules.
